    Shaft assembly

    I am having to assemble my first flex shaft today and the bushing fits very tight on the shaft when I put it in the strut the bushing turns inside the strut. Is this OK? Should I bore out the bushing?

      The bushing should turn inside the strut. It is designed to float. The prop shaft should also move freely inside the bushing.
