    Don't run 6s on a LV Hydra.

I'd also be concerned about 6s going through a 7XL. That's way too hot of a setup.

The highest turn feigao I run on 6S is a 12XL and I have run both 120-240 esc's, without problems... I use a x437/3 up to x642 props... Speed is 45-50 with X437/3 and 50-53 mph with the X642...

6S on a 7XL IS GOING TO GO

Even the 9XL on 6S will go ....

This is my expirence from my many testing days on 6S with different Fiegao motors and CC esc's......

The Elam should do wonderful on 6S with a 12Xl and start with a X438 or X437/3 prop.... MAke sure the 3S packs are 4500mAh 20C packs or higher......

Most Elams I have seen converted ran great with a 9XL and hydra 120 on 2/7.4V lipos in series for 4S.... Running props from X640 up to X645.... Speeds are around 40-45 mph... Very reliable and fun set-up,,, the 6S on this hull will be a handful!!!

Where are you going to fit 6S in a 1/12 Proboat Elam. I have a Llumar and run on 4S, 9XL and a SV speed controller. Ita all a tight fit. Are you going to use 2 3S's in series?

Start with X637 and go up from there depending on water conditions, run time and heat....

You can use the 120,, the 240 gives you room to play with set-up, props, and other future builds... IMO, get the 240....
