Pc software to program a fliermodel esc

Could someone help me, I need the software for program a 280A esc from the fliermodel, I have emailed the manufacturer directly, but in the form of txt file because they say that their mail sistem was in trouble and rename it to exe. I've done these tests but mine operating system win7 64-bit gives me back a compatibility problem! Fliermodel assures me that their software running on win7 64 bit! I saw that this software is available as a download on FIGHTERCAT but I do not know if it works with the original esc! Can you help me!

that software from the FC site will work with ALL the ESC's.
dont forget to down load the drivers for the USB/ESC interface cable also.
