19 lb rigger neu 2230 1 y 12s 40 c firefox ( 2 years old minimal use ) fightercat 16 s 400 amp esc any prop from x-462 on up runs full throttle like its half throttle. pulls on plane but not snappy like it used to be. how do i diagnose this problem. everything normal temp but batts are warm used to be cold. batt leads are lengthened slightly as follows :batt one 5 in (normal) neg lead pos lead 7 in batt 2 neg 8in pos 7 in. could this be the problem? if not then what? might be battery . voltages range on batt 1 4.161 to 4.193 volts (3 of them 4.170) batt 2 4.159 to 4.2 (3 of them 4.184 )

Sounds like the batteries have lost their punch. Good cells will read within milivolts of each other, you are quite a bit more. Long wires do not help and you did not mention which connectors. Running a 2230 1Y on 12S with those props will pull big amps and I am assuming you are running only 1P which is taxing the batteries hard. Pictures will also help.
