I have never installed a Motor Mount in an RC Boat before other then an Outboard,I'm having problem's with the angle I should have the Motor Tilted on.
If you look in the Pic's with the Drill bit in the Flex Collet where the hole would need to be drilled is pretty far away from the Motor and I don't really care for that and I'm not sure if it will give me enough adjustment with the Strut.
The other way is with the Motor Mount and the Sideplate's are put on backward's as was reccomended to me,the problem here is if I put enough tilt on the Motor I can use the back bracket to support the end of the the Motor Can and I really don't care if it is supported or not just so long as the SidePlate's for the Motor Mount will be strong enough.
The yellow Hull is a Pic from Steven at OSE but it does not show everyting and it makes it a bit harder for me to see what's going on with his setup.
What way do you guy's reccomend on the best way to Mount it into the bottom of my Hull. Also keep in mind I have a Version 2 Cowl for my boat and the Motor must be where it's located or else it will hit the Cowl when the Motor is Tipped up really high, with the Motor laying down more it can go back maybe a hlf inch more towards the front of the Boat.
