RC Boat Magazine Issue Number 1

I was at my Hobby Shop the other day and I was standing at the counter and looked over and seen the first Issuse for RC Boat,this Magazine is being put out by the guy's that do RC Car and Personaly I'm glad as I always found there review's to be a bit more fair then RC Car Action and ust a better Mag in General.

I also seen offshorelctrics.com also got a mention on page 77 I guess Steven must have supplied something to the Mag for that article.

I really hope so and I could careless if it's by Monthly as it's a Mag on Boat's and they can olny do so many how to's on How to install your FlexShaft.

There was a company I think called 'drage' who produced the previous RCBoatModeler for many years.
It was a sad day when that was taken out of print.
I;ll order one of these and see what it's like !

When I first read the the thread title I thought it was related to an old issue of the first one.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it was Airage that produced that one as that's where you can get a few older issuse's,it the same company that does RC Car Action as well and although the Review's in Car Action I have found tend to be everything about this Kit is great and you won't find anything better and alot of that comes from who forks out the most cash for ad space in the Mag,I do know that RC Car will not Bash a product but they will hint are in other's way's try and tell you if maybe something about the kit is not all that strong,I have not read much of the RC Boat but I think you will enjoy it and they are not review just a bunch of RTR ABS Boat's they are reviewing Stuff like the Fine Design Cat and other stuff that is not entrie level stuff.

I agree with you 100% that's one of my thing's I'm Consistant on that I don't alway's choose the great names for everything I start and every PM I send.

Thanks for the heads-up! I missed the mag when it went out, it is nice in this age of internet that one can still have something printed in nice glossy paper!

I hear you I have gotten a few Mag's from other people that they get via a download and I really Hated looking at them in PDF Format.

Cool, I miss the older one by air age except they had so many advertisements it was rediculous.

Hopefully this is a good rag and I can pick one up at the LHS.

Don't worry about more ad's then Article's with Mag it's just like RC Car and I know they said in one of there issuse's that they keep it at 70% Article's and 30% Ad's that way you feel like your buying a Magazine and not a Catalog,and from what I have seen from the first issuse of RC Boat they are holding true to not going over board with the ads until another Mag out there.
