Need new boat. What to choose?

    Hey.

My project this winter is gonna be a new boat.

The plan is to take my SV27 back to stock and put the upgraded motor and ESC in a new and better boat. I never really liked the way my Supervee ran with the upgraded setup, too unstable at high speeds in my opinion.

The only problem is I dont know what boat to go for. I was thinking of the Delta Force 29, but I keep wondering if I should go for something a bit bigger.

    The motor/ESC is Faigao 540 8XL and CC Hydra120.

What boat would you guys recommend me?
    Let me know....

    Thanks in advance.

I dident get any response, but I desided to go for the DF29. Ordered and paid.

    Case closed.

you picked a good hull for your components, any bigger and the motor and speedo would be working too hard, If I saw the thread earlier I would have recommended an Aeromarine Titan 29, they are fantastic boats and quite easy to get dialed in, sometimes the DF's tend to be a little more twitchy and are a little harder to get dialed in but its a good hull.

Thanks for the input. I'll keep that in mind if I buy another in that size. Although I hope to go bigger next time.
I bought a Navicraft Outrage cheap and was thinking of putting a eletric setup in it. Time will show.

The DF29 is a good choice for the speeds you will attain. The main problem with the Titan 29 is the high lift that the boat has - it's tough to keep it on the water over ~45 mph or so. Adding weight helps, but today IME it works best with the speeds a limited setup provides. Years ago I used to race one with 18 round cells!
