    R2 Godspeed-U Catamaran

i purchased a RTR from Aquacraft and ready to step it up a bit. I would like to purchase a ARTR and and my own motor, ESC, servo and prop. Anybody have any experience with R2s 32.3 Godspeed cat? Any other suggestions?

Godspeed cats are flimsy. If you are handy, a mean machine cat is a winner, or check out fightercat hulls

Thanks Dana. My third boat most likely will be a bare hull build. I'm looking for a hull with rudder, drive shaft and mounts installed. I will add motor and electronics.

        Flimbsy to some degree.

        This is the twin.

They came out with some newer ones that are really fugly.

R2 Hobbies. I have one in the closet. If shipping wasn't nuts, I'd offer it to you.

I would still add some carbon for a hot setup like that.

I bought mine when they first came out, hopefully they are still as nice. I've heard some compaints of hull quality but, I hear similar from Hydro Marine occasionally too.

I didn't like thye 32" version. It can only be used for single, not twin and it's long & skinny. The 36" version is far nicer for single or twin.

Not alot of space for single motor with canopy the way it is in 36" version...

              Choose your poisin...

A mean machine would be alot of fun and best for a single. Great hulls, can't be beat!!
