Speed Genesis/leopard 4082

Hello,

What speed shall I get....

The boat is a Genesis with leopard 4082 1600kv, batteries are nono-tech 65-130c 2x3s (6s), the esc is a Turnigy marine 180amp and props I have a octura x440/3, octura x642 and a VXP X445.

Today I got 57,3 mph with Octura x642 and 54 mph with the VXP.

Try a x645 works great with that motor I have that motor in my spartan and I pull mid to high 50s easy with out over heating at all u should see 60 with it in the gensis

Your speeds are about right for the small prop. A larger diameter prop will give greater efficiency, and greater pitch will also add speed. I would try the m545 and m645 to determine which gives the best mix of speed and run time.

Thanks.. I think I need to order a m645 :-)

Are the b and s props from roket city racing good quality?? I belive they have in stock.
If not someone have a m645 to sell me :-)
