100 + MPH Hulls Who Makes Them Choices?

Ok people I have to ask who makes these hulls in Hydro, Cat or Mono? Not that I have too much money but I would love to buy / build a SAW boat. Yes it will take me sometime but that's OK.

Outriggers, you build yourself. Monos, no one has made it past 100 (yet). Cats, there are quite a few choices.

Yes, a lot out there to chose from. I have seen longer outriggers (FAST) that I think I would like to build but mostly on u-tube in other country's. The main thing is I do not want to be trapped by a hull that will not do what I want it to do. I would like to run SAW in MI and AL.
