More speed

So I have a boat that is 21" long deep v mono. I'm running the feigao 540 12s motor with a xpower 70 amp esc and a x432 prop with a 2s 4900mah lipo. It gets warm, not hot and runs for 15 min with this set up. If I wanted to go a little faster which motor would you guy's recommend?.
Also what differences should I expect from a 432 prop versus a 632 prop. What I notice is that 632 gets out of the hole much quicker and the motor and esc get hot. I don't really notice more speed.

Mike. who manufactured the hull ? What speed are you currently obtaining and do you have any stability issues?

It's a bby oval master 21. No stability issues. It's going in the low 20's. I am looking for mid to upper 20's.
