Turbine mono!
Has anyone ever put a Turbine in a mono just thinking

I've seen the MHZ Kiton with one, There's a video on Utube[ -
A couple years ago at the Toledo Show there was a booth with some very highly powered large boats. One had 4 gas engines and the other which was an unlimited hydro had, if I remember correctly twin turbines. Wish I had taken pics of those two boats. The hydro had teething problems as they could not get it past 100MPH.
A few years earlier there was one with a single turbine.
So I guess you can do it as there are a couple out there with the correct gear reduction and output shaft design available.
Be forewarned this is going to be expensive. !!!!!Comment

Only 5G for the turbine! No real idea but I'd imagine 8000$ ballpark and you could put something on the water!
Couldn't imagine spending 5000$ on a motor for an rc boat, wish I could! If the lottomax ever comes in I'll build 2......If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?
