Hi guys it seems like everyone is on the carbon Fiber band wagon. Just wondering if anyone is using pre-preg cloth there is a bunch for sale on ebay. I work on helicopters for a living and it is great stuff no messing around with resin. We use it all
the time you just cut the pre-preg to the shape and size you want and lay it down. Throw some heat on it and it makes a
great smooth finish. Also for FG and carbon composite layups you can vacuum bag your layups and prevent voids in between layers. the supplies for this are relatively cheap and easy to find. Not to sure if eveyone is already using this method or not
just figured id let everyone know this stuff is out there and easy to use.
