I believe OSE is run along Steve's real (by real Im talking bread & butter- no offense) business.

With Kintec I would venture its not his day job. Emails are spotty at times. Cant say Ive ever heard of Kintec not coming thru.

Overall Im very happy with both stores. Steve is definetly the best in the game with getting orders out the door. Kintec is next up. Then Hobby partz... Last place goes to hobby king. Those places are my main suppliers.

I'm not saying anything bad about Kintec. I was just wondering what was up? I would have ordered everything from OSE but they don't carry carbon fiber cloth.
I'm in the process of rebuilding a boat an was hoping for a fast shipment from Kintec.

I have had great business with Jan. If he has something on back order he usually will ship the order and when he gets the part in he will ship separate. Manby something he had on backorder was on it's way and he is waiting on it. as said above you will get your order and he isn't a big email guy. Very straight up guy. I wouldn't worry much

Usually if its out of stock he removes the buy it button.

However sometimes its only temporarily out of stock or in transit. In which Ive had orders sit for a few days. At some point he just back orders it and ships later.

I'm not worried about it, I was just going to be off a couple of days an was planning on rebuilding my boat. I know I'll get it, everything I've read about Jan he seems a standup guy. That's why I ordered from him.

Just found my email from Jan. his email went to my bulk mail. And I never look at my bulk mail. But I thought what the hell. He said he was sending it out. I normally always just delete my bulk mail. He might have emailed earlier. Lesson learned.
