How do I program the TX after I program the esc

Ive bought a new t 180 esc and program card forit. But dont know if im suppose to program the tx to . Boat seems to be only run at half speed

Turn on tx. Hold full throttle. Plug in batteries. Wait for confirmation beeps. Didn't you get instructions? How many times do we need to go over this with you....

Well I keep asking because I dont get any confirmation beeps. so I ask again been waitingf for these so called beeps for a week now. Sorry dont understand completely just trying to learn
