    Hobby shops in Hawai???

    Hi fellow RC boaters

I'm planning to go to Hawaii in the near future and hope to buy a couple of RTR boats (1 aquacraft and 1 Proboat) : )

Is there any good hobby shop you could recommend me in Hawaii to get those?

Thanks a lot for your help

My parents went there a few years ago and got me some zoids (see my avatar if you don't know what they are) and they were really expensive so I would imagine any RTR boats will be stupid money.

Hobbietat is where everyone goes. Island of Oahu, Kaimuki, on 10 avenue, try there .

You should call them or email them to see what they have in stock and bring in what you want if they dont have it...... how long are you staying?

Planning to spend about 1 week there for holidays, probably in November.

Heard so many good things about Hawaii that the wife said that we need to check it : )

              Can't wait.....

              Aloha : )

We'll go to Oahu. the wife also want to go to a Disney theme hotel..... For me it would be mainly beach shopping and swim..... If I can get a couple of RTR boat I'll be happy. Shopping to Australia is very expensive.....

Anything good you can recommend me? We have 3 year old who is very very active.....

                          Thanks for your help.

I'll definitely email them well in advance before I go there. You guys in US are lucky because things here might be 1.5 to 2 times more expensive......

At this stage I'm very keen to get the Aquacraft Atlantic Tug : )

Got the Aquacraft Atlantic Tug and enjoying Waikiki beach on Oahu island.....The box is huge and now I need to make sure it follows me on the plane to Australia next week ; )

Hobbietat had a couple of interesting hulls at their shop. Saw a nice wooden tunnel and a green sparkling nitro mono.

Oahu is such a nice place : )

Where do you the Hawaiians run their boats? Is it near Waikiki beach?

The Ala Wai Canal looks like a great spot to run boat....

                            Mahalo everybody.
