Fightercat is a big customer of ours in USA. We cooperated with Fightercat over two years. It is just me to contact with Benjamin(the one boss of Fightercat ) , but Benjamin are having some trouble with his partner Jason, So Fightercat have a new manager Kevin G now.

That exact same email was posted by someone already. Did you actually get this or cut and past your name into it.

Nope I actually got it, The email was similar to the other one posted but it had some different things in it.

Hey guys I just wanted to recap some of my thoughts. I am not an employee of anybody except myself. I have had an order in limbo and still not completed. I'm not sketchy. I did have a conversation with Kevin from fc.
I put a few posts up because I would like to see fc move foreword. As they offer some unique products, motor and esc. Our hobby is pretty specialized when it comes to anybody reading these posts, so I fore one do not want to see any source of parts dry up. Yes, it would be nice if someone from fc were to address (us) this issue and at least give us some reassurance in fc. I think what has happened took everyone by surprise including us. I think someone there was doing some damage control first and still trying to keep it up. Overwhelmed? I think so. Yes it's not a very good way to do business but hey it's tuff to work with consumers, friends, partners.
I'm not a traitor to ose, I very much appreciate what Steve does for us, like letting us talk openly about his competitors. To me that is kind of like a slap in the face, but it shows how much he likes his customers to freely discuss unrelated matters.

Whats going on with these guys. My old login doesn't work anymore so I registered again and no confirmation email. These guys must not be trying to get new or repeat customers. I am about ready to delete the bookmark to their web site.

I personally went to FC because of Ben so now he's not there its not the same,, i think ill find somewhere else to get my goodies out of respect for Ben..

yea i cant log in either...the forum wont let me. and when i ask for lost password it says my email or name is unrecognized. oh well. i still got OSE for support and i can not complain one bit about what i have gotten from here (nor can i complain about ben)

Hi,

so..i have a 16/400, one of the ten first builds.
Some programming trouble, it peeps repeatingly 10 times with delay within the ten peeps. No chance to get it programmed.
It seems not being dead. But also not working properly.

I tried to contact Ben.
Also fightercat after getting the answer, that Bens`old email is not tracked anymore.

Any ideas what to do?
Simply getting the chance update the firmware or something else could help.

I got one of those also, after about a dozen tries I finally got it to program.
I then exchanged the program box and USB with the new F/C management, haven't had a chance to try it yet, boat is at the bottom of lake.
Flipped racing a twin nitro rigger while trying new wider sponsons.

I gave the new FC a try and ordered the small cap bank boards.

My only complaint is it cost me $8.57 for shipping in a Priority flat rate envelope of $5ish bucks. Ben at one time allowed us the option to just note "Ship it cheapest way" and he would refund the extra shipping.
