    Hydro, based on your past post it also appears that you were running a 1p setup...............?? If so, not only was the ESC straining to feed the motor, but it also wasnt getting enough juice to do it either...............
    NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE: http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

        You have two 4S1P packs. Connected in series they are 8S1P. Connected in parallel they would be 4S2P. Even though the "numbers" on the Zippy packs say 40C and "should" be enough, you really need to either run high-quality 8S1P/6500 mAh (two 4S1P packs) or good quality 8S2P/5000 mAh (four 4S1P packs).

        A decent reference site: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_9069147/tm.htm

          4s1p = 4 (s)eries 1 (p)parallel Or 4 cells in series and only ONE set so 1p

          4s2p = 4 cells in series + 4 cells in series, paralleled together for same voltage but double the mah. C rating is always the same.

          So a 4s 5000 mah 40c lipo and a 4s 5000 mah 40c lipo paralleled make 4s2p, 4s voltage, 10,000 mah and still 40c for 400 constant amps available

          4s 5000 mah 40c and a 4s 5000mah 40c hooked in series makes 8s1p, 8s voltage, 5000 mah and 200 amps constant amps
