54"long and 15lbs w/twin outdrives, wants to go at least 60 mph

A friend of mine owns this old Dumas boat, it had twin OPS 80's in it and now he wants to change over to electric motors.
After removing the motors and radio box ect..... It weighs close to 15lbs with the outdrives.
I personally haven't dealt with anything this large so we are open for suggestions.
He wants the boat to go at least 60 and I think any less and it would look really slow ?
I think the hardest part of this project is going to be deciding what motors and battery set up to use ? (and props)
Anyway, I'm open for suggestions and comments, yes he does realize it's not cheep going fast.
    Thanks T.C.
