    Fixing a paint problem

I painted my white hull a few months ago and the paint chips off really easy. Not sure if it was the paint or how I did it. Everything I used was dupli-color. First I lightly sanded the hull to skuff it. I then sprayed adhesion promotoer, applied the paint then 3 coats of clear. Every little bump takes the paint right off.

I scuff the hull, wash with a little dish soap then spray filler primer, no scuffing then a color, then ill wet sand the colors once im done with ''them'' wash again and spray clear and wet sand inbetween all the coats of clear,, i use rustolium acrylic enamel for cars in the spray paint can.. PS stop hitting your boat it dont like that,hahaha..
