    Waterproofing? Corrosion X or spray electrical tape?

    What's best to waterproof ESC, servo, RX, motor?

    I use the spray electrical tape on everything but motor.
    Modified Jae21, Stock Jae21, Cheetah, Ul-1, Shock Wave 26 V2 (Rescue Boat).

        Second that. I've had failures with the liquid electrical. Was a little hard for me to track down but corrosion x is awesome stuff.

                Yeah Steve must have just re stocked it. Was out on my last order right before nats. I was also trying to find it locally, which I eventually did. Now I also know who doesn't carry it.

                  The problem with using spray electrical tape, Plasti dip or any of this type coating on esc is it contains the heat in the esc which is bad. Like the others i prefer Corrosion X where you can just repeat the process from time to time ecspecially if it does get wet you dry off & recoat. Graupner also do a specific protection spray called Wet Protect which im about to try as well.

                          Ive been using LET for three years now and haven't had a problem yet but I am not running anything over 3s and have submerged parts completely. The next boat I will prob go to Corrosion X but for now it's worked for me .
