If I went rtr...what would I go for

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the info on hulls if I were to go a build your own. I was wondering what you guys would recommend if I went the rtr route? I've got a few ideas (AC motley crew, PB blackjack 29, Exceed snap deep v, arpro 700ep, PB impulse 31"). Thanks again.

Stay away from the blackjack. If u want a cat, the mystic 29 is way better. Or get the impulse, it's a solid reliable boat

The Exceed Snap & Arpro are not in the league of the Aquacraft & Proboat boats.

True. It has different electronics to the mystic and miss geico though.

I feel like the new blackjack 29 won't be released for a bit just checked the proboat site and mid august they should be coming in. The miss geico is cool but amain hobbies has one for $320 not bad plus it has a higher kv motor than the geico.

I vote Motley Crew, love mine. My first boat. I found out though that "RTR" is just a fantasy. You will need to do prep work, mods, and very possibly rigging and repairing before being "ready to run"

The electronics in the Blackjack 29 are uprated over the Mystic & Geico, It uses an uprated 80amp esc which is 6s compatible & 50mph. Darin Jordan has been on talking about this boat recently.
