Before apply a clear coat

Hi everybody,
My MMP Rapid is white and for the finish I' ll put clear stickers and I will use U-POL Clear#1 clear coat. I want to know if it' s necessary to sand the hull.

if you want the clear coat to stick it would be best to sand it with 400 to 600 grit

I used 600 wet sanded between all coats, including clear coats, my spraypaint project came out great
