    how to remove these?

    Hey guys, i was wondering if anybody knows how to remove those threaded metal things in the picture ... most all proboats have them, so im sure somebody knows how to..

    Try putting a screw in a little and tapping the head. If it is spun.in and has hooks on the.nut.try geting it to spin backwards. Good.luck

      They are called blind nuts or "T"nuts. Compression forces them into the wood to keep them from rotating. Use the right sized screw and thread them in from the screw head side. They will pop out from the inside.
