charging question

Hey gents. I asked this over on red board and I guess Im not good enough for them to answer but I am charging with ICE charger and using flight power charge through balancer to F.P packs. when I try to begin charging it doesnt detect battery. Is there a way around this or do I have to use balancer as stand alone? thanks for any help. Up until now I have been balancing while I charge but the balancer is meant for charge through. thanks again.

What kind of balancer are you using?

Mike you will more than likley have to bleed balance them after. I could never charge through a balancer with the ICE.
