Speed help please

I have a Titan 29 t180 esc no protection motor is 3674 2200 kv prop is m445 did try a x442 didn't like it. Running two 5300 lipo 65c rating it does about 30 to 35 mph what can I do to at least pull 40 to 45 thks.
