Best way to cut carbon fiber sheets

Im starting my build soon and was wondering what everyone here does to cut carbon fiber sheet's, I was thinking a router, but would like to know what everyone here has tried. Looking to get good clean crisp edges.. The board is 3mm thick

I use a Dremel cutting wheel or diamond tip bit for small work, I've heard a tile cutter is good for straight lengths such as battery trays etc

MAke sure you use proper respiratory gear as carbon dust is very bad for our health and the dust gets everywhere!

I have been using a Coping saw with metal blades.Good for rounds or whatever.

This is by far the best disk out there... Very thin, large diameter allows straight cuts and I've been using and abusing it for over 2 years now... as good as new.

I need to say wear a mask when cutting CF.Preferably a respirator style.Same with props.

Thanks for the info, I didn't want to "practice" to much on the sheet, This stuff gets expensive quick!!

I like to use masking tape over the carbon sheet so I can draw out my cut lines.
This makes it much easier to see what you are doing and makes for less waste and mistakes.
