Need some prop advise please.

I have a 32in Catamaran Hull.
using the
SuperVee ESC
Ammo Motor
12 cells.

I am not looking for a rocket, just would like to be fast and not melt down my equipment.

Also I like the Carbon Fiber props ( I wouldnt even attempt to balance and polish my own)

Which Ammo motor?? What 32" hull??

A 32" hull and proposed/presumed SV27 equipment with upgraded Ammo motor will not drive this hull size well.
Larger can motor, ESC and power will be required for speeds above 20mph with suitable prop or stick with what you have with a small prop or use a transmission.
