    Into boating now, thanks alot


    Well now that I have become addicted to FE boats, on top of my custom Traxxas Summit which I have almost $3,000 into, I now have a Motley Crew, and badly want a Revolt, a OSE Pursuit, and a Fightercat cat. I would guess I have spent over 2,000 this year so far, with no end in sight. Last night I was up till 3am working on my boat and painting an awesome custom body for my Summit. Thank you early retirement

      The spare bedroom has now become the boat room, they are on the bed, floor, desk......
      Still not as good as the ex who let me keep a motorcycle in the living room during winter even though we had a garage!
      If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

              Somebodies wife is going start an FE anonymous group on us yet. We'll be sneaking around sniffing lithium polymer secretly like meth heads.

              Where abouts in MI are ya? We do some race'n in MI. We have three Motley racing with us too. I think it's 3 at least. Might be 4 now.

                          We're east side. Home pond is in Shelby Twp. Our home pond used to be Sharp Park right there in Lansing but we out grew it. Then we ran in Milford for a while. The IMPBA president lives near you there. He has no time to play with us though. Not picking at him. He's just a busy guy and has his hands full with that organization. Our gang is NAMBA but model boaters are model boaters. We do have a guy that races with us from Lansing. We have guys coming from all over the place to race. Kazoo, Brighton, a guy near Jackson. We're pretty scattered about.

                          Probably an hour drive for you but if your even curious come on out. [email protected] Our club has a pretty good collection of guys so it's still fun even if I'm struggling on the water. I'm particularly excited now because my son is finally starting to drive all by himself.

                          I joke about it being an addiction (cuz it is LOL) but honestly it's pretty good therapy and we could be doing much worse things with our spare time.
