          Hi Guys,

Quite a while ago, I bought two of the kits for these along with two for another of the MRP cats. They came from a model shop that was closing down. They were unusual as we never saw a lot of MRP boat kits over here in the UK. Talking best part of 30 years ago here

Got as far as building one of the hulls up and putting running surfaces etc on it and assembling one of the outboards( the kits came with two for each boat), then everything got left at the back of the garage.
Last Summer I had a clearout and sold the 3 ouboards that I had left on Ebay and dumped the by now damaged hull I had started. In the garage, I still have the hull of the other Skater and the two cats. These were the version for gas engines (.12 ?) but obviously they are much more suited for electric power. One of the many projects for the future, I should live that long!!.

Even have the two decal sheets for them, although my local mouse seems to like the clear areas around the edges, judging by the nibble marks. Even my cat spending a lot of his time searching the garage hasn't detered him .
