Looks like this might have another use? Interesting. Remove the net and........
Your kids will love to clean the pool with the Jet Net remote controlled leaf and bag skimmer boat.

And it has out-board motors or do you think they are in the cats? I love the detail of the captain!!!

I have one of the pool skimmer boats. They are slow but strong. And the radio range sucks. I plan to gut it and upgrade to 2.4ghz and better esc's and lipo.

So, the outboards are not "real"? It has a single motor? With a radio change though you would recommend this to be used as a "light duty" rescue boat?

It has dual motors. With tank steering. They are gear driven outboards that dont steer. If u replaced them with better esc's and radio its not too bad. I removed the front hoop aswell.

I seen this a while back and it interested me for the same purpose. After not finding a cheaper price I went to lowes and spent $10 in pvc piping and attached to one of my old brushed boats I wasn't using. I would like to see someone make this work for a rescue rig though, I think would be cool.. good luck

I thought about getting this. I need a rescue craft big time. But now I have gone ahead and purchased the Traxxas Villain that was for sale in these forums. With the steerable drives and reverse, this should fit the bill for a rescue boat. I plan to "fix it up" and possible paint it up as an emergency vehicle,or possibly Coast Guard. But, the PVC rescue boat first.
