Im a dork I guess, found this PC game called Aquadelic online, it's only $9.99. Offshore racing game, its "Arcadey" not a simulator. Wish someone would make a kick-butt racing sim for offshore racing but probably not a big enough market.
I have this game with a logitec wheel and it's a lot of fun. You can download "mods" and race just about anything. Even unlimited hydros. Well actually it looks like it's almost complete.
