    Water Jacket ?

Just recieved my new motor, leo 3674 2200 kv with a free water jacket, the two offered were the 3650 and the 3665 i believe it was, anyway I got the 3650 because the other one was sold out
so my question is will the 3650 jacket work ok on that 3674 motor?

Sure will. its 15mm shorter so it will cool a little less surface area.

Ii made a water jacket out of pcv pipe for the whole lenght. I use 1/8" O rings to fit inside the pcv pipe. Catch tho, just use dremel abrasive tool to grind alittle in side pcv so a close fit occurrs. I drill a hole on top and one at the bottom of pipe and bend or angle bottom one almost straight back. Next i use dremel abrasive toll and grind the area closest to motor stem so a good fit works. Next i use conformal coating as a sealer. I slide O rings on to check fit and even all the way around edge and all inside of pcv. pipe the coating real good and let dry --30 minutes-- and aplly one more coat and let dry. The brass inserts only need to enter about an a good 1/16" and CA the 2 brass inserts. I've done many and no leaks. 3674-2200 has such a jacket but m/mount of mine is different and well supported. 3674-2200 has no endbell holes for coolng. The My motors stay cool enough for me.
