    Oopppss

    So after I got my ESC/BEC/MOTOR situation working. I attached the drive shaft and....Bang!

    The driveshaft is 1/4 and I have no idea what happened, has anyone seen this before?

    Did it run backwards?

      to be honest with you, I have no idea. it happened so quick. A definate possibility tho. could that be a cause?

        Not sure but you could look and see if it is wound backwards from the other half of it. I had no idea this could happen..

          Well, you're cable is for props that run counterclockwise. Is that the direction you prop runs?

            Give your motor a blip of the throttle with nothing on the shaft and see which way it spins...........if it is hooked up to spin clockwise then thats your problem, just swap any two motor wires to reverse direction if so..................

                    The motor is going clockwise, that'll mix everything up. haha. Ill have to order a new driveshaft, and switch 2 of the leads on the motor
