You got the radio, you don't need an external bec. I would get the programming card for the esc, It's 100x easier than doing it with the radio system, and all the beeping lol. I don't think you'll need anything else.

I run this exact motor/esc in my ul1. I'm getting 55mph. Timing set to 11.25 degrees for the motor. Set lvc to 3.0v when you program

I run sky lipos, available from hobby parts. Very affordable. I use two 2s packs to get my 4s

What kinda prop does it have?

I like sky, I just got a motley crew and I use 2 sky 2s 5000 40c lipos to run it.

As for a prop I am not sure, its a metal 2 blade is about all I know

I had one of these.

I have a 2868 motor with 2898 KV (maybe its 2989?) Its an X Power motor. Made my boat scream pretty good.

4S seems to make these things scream, but I only did 3S in mine.

If your going to go crazy its best to add some CF to the floor in these.
