G-Unit sorry for your apparent poor value trade. Still your post brought a mild smile and fond memories back that I had almost forgoten about. The term bag boat was particularly the trick to jogging my old brain.

I posted in the last couple of weeks in another thread that my club had a niffty project that challenged the membership to build a race capable boat from scratch for under $100.00 total not including battery. We got a special deal on the Force series of boats they made three I believe. A cracker box, a low profile vee and a higher profile deepvee. We got a dealers discount and paid 23 bucks each. Just for the record these boats ran very well, handled well, and were fun and easy to build. Personally I think one of the best values I have ever seen in 40 years of model racing. I had struggle over the last few weeks trying to remember what these little boats were called and then your post. Thanks.

    Dave

I had one too. Need to find pics but was a fun boat...old brushed 05 motor and some 2400 Sanyo cells and a 438...she ran good then sold it. It was sharp...yellow and black.

I"m glad it brought back memories,
my plan for this boat is to stiffen it up a bit with fg cloth, both hull and top deck then start picking out hardware and a motor, think about a ul-1 motor and esc, flex shaft ect.
        It should fly.
