    Non silicon sealant- Lexel?

    Hi,
Anybody have experience with Lexel brand non-silicon sealant? It is made by Sashco.

Tube reads "The superior alternative to silicon in adhesion, elasticity, and paintability".

I would like to use this to seal where the strut bracket exits the inside of the hull on a 1/10 scale shovelnose. I wanted something with a little "give" to it to allow some flex. If that approach does not work out then I'll try JB Weld.

I picked up this stuff 'as it was at the local HW store. Wanted to do a check before I smear it in the hull...
It sounds like it should work in principle....
