Rudder placement

So I'm building new twin cat --- when it comes to rudder placement does it matter where the it sits? Is better after the props , even with them, etc....... I'm thinking it should be behind the props but just trying to be sure!

Behind the props will give you the leverage you need to overcome the thrust of twin screws.
