Uh-Huh... Right up until I try something that you deem as being an "unfair advantage"... then I'll be disqualified by the CD, and I'll piss in your wine...

Hi Doug - Here's my 2 page rule book:

The first page is the race flyer with the location, date and few simple notes about some general classes that will be run. The main event is "run what you brung". The second page is the food and drink menu for the gathering after the race. You all should try this - works great.

        Hey Doug,
Aside from the race flyer we do that every weekend. Yep tons of fun!!

Those days are still here, that's why I race outriggers.

And people wonder why I haven't bothered to build new molds for new sport hydros.

I have come to realize a tuperware boat might be self righting and Dougwon't like it but in Canada it should be popular.

Namba used to have FE sport rules that refered to the nitro sport 20 except for certain classes, this really was confusing in an era of home built boats. Let's try not to repeat this again.

Perhaps there needs to be an investigation into Dougs unflippable tunnels....something fishy is going on there. Magnets perhaps....

Geez Doby - Your still upset over the tunnel results?

Your really not going to like my new one. Two pounds heavier and 10 mph faster.

I'll tell you what - Hopefully we can get your way next year. Introduce me to a couple of them good looking girls at the Irish Pub we were at and I promise my tunnel will not perform very well the next day.

I wish my tunnels looked as good as yours Doby. Great scale and detail look.

                        Impba

If you participate in IMPBA racing you will be treated fairly.
IMPBA has more FE classes than any other sanction. IMPBA is a stand up organization from its members, to its president to the board of directors. I'm here in North Carolina having a blast with these guys. Can you say versatility?

IMPBA has contests of all types all over the country. You can do SAWS in like 5 different states.
With Chris Harris as FE chairman, and Doug Smock an accomplished FE racer himself in charge of records I can feel confident that my work will not only be recognized, but the record list is usually updated in full within 2-3 days of the event

Not kissing up, not boosting sponsors, just clarifying to the public and those who don't compete so they know the truth.
You are in good hands competing in IMPBA PERIOD.

If there's an inconsistancy or discrepantcy with a proposed rule, believe it will be sorted.
IMPBA is doing things that benefit FE and promoting the sport.

                        Sincerely Bill Oxidean

And yes I'm all jacked up because my N-s stock hydro had a high pass of 63+mph today

I've been influenced by in my opinion THE fastest most talented model hydroplane builders alive. Randy Naylor, Chris Harris, Joerg M, and indirectly by Roy Munoz
