Good brushless RTR with self righting

My friend is looking for a fast brushless boat thats self righting, RTR and a deep v for choppy water.

whats available to him?

I LOVE my little Minicatracing Velocity Mono, its not rtr, but artr. All is needed is a rx/tx and a 3s 2200mah lipo which are dirt cheap. Not sure how much chop you have, but she can handle a tad bit. Here's mine.

Would love to get a velocity myself but seems the velocity series has been discontinued by the manufacture website says a newer version coming possible in late July.
