1/8 th hydro exceed hull could use advice

i guess i have alot to learn and i realyl appreciate the input my 300 fightercat esc was to try to save myself in case i get it wrong figured it would be hard to blow

The 1000kv will work, but i would go 8s if i were you...............you need to spin enough prop and anything over 8s will skyrocket your amp draw........thank goodness for your 300a ESC, cuz even at 8s for 50 mph plus you'll be pulling 220-250 amps contrinuous with a decent size prop.

thanks man one thing i gotta know thought these hydros could get higher speeds like the big cats 60 to 80 mph is that far fetch or can it be obtained just asking for future reference i may concider bumping it up as i get more knowledge or am i just dreamin lol

I could run it on 10s2p with a tad bit larger prop if I had a 300a+ Speedo and get over 70 i would imagine. The 2028 motor is a beast and doesnt mind getting into the 170* temp range.............It normally comes in a 140 or so.

okay im gonna finish my build 8s2p x457 prop 300 esc leopard 5692 1000kv and run it hope it is pretty bullet proof at that setup will post picks and video as i get parts hope you all can still give me advice i really appreciate it and love the sport my poor spartan is taking a beating for me to learn but man is that a great setup thanks for now everybody !.
