Will it fit in my motor mount that I already have and will the piece that holds the flex shaft to the motor fit it also?

You dont have a tail ring on your mount do you? If not It will work............... The collet will work if the shafts are both 5mm on the motors which i believe they are

No, its 40mm diameter as opposed to 36..................see if you can buy a 40mm tail ring like James did.

you can either buy a 40mm mount for 20 bux and steal the tailring, or find someone with a spare to sell you, or, you could just go with no tailring and wedge a piece of wood or something under the back of the motor to carry some of the weight. the motor should bolt onto the front of your mount just fine. its the tailring in back that comes in different sizes. you have 36mm. you need 40mm
