Right-Hand Twist Octura or ??? Couplers??

Does anyone know if Octura or anyone else makes Couplers (5mm to .150" ) that are designed for reverse (Right-Hand) rotation setups??

I haven't gone searching... figured I'd just ask...

The regular couplers work fine for me in R rotation.
