Stuffing Tube/Motor Mount Angle & CG

I'm putting a 5692 motor in my Aeromarine Avenger Pro Cat build using a modified gaser mount. I'd appreciate any suggestions on what the motor shaft angle should be, as that is how I'll align it with the stuffing tube. The Avenger is 44" long, intended for NAMBA S/T class Offshore racing, so I'm thinking the CG should be around 15 3/4" - 28%.
