I just wanted to resurrect this thread and thank everyone for their feedback. Haven't been able to run the Cat for a while since the weather was pretty crappy during the whole moth of April here.
Got a chance to run the boat today. I used the 1/8" strut height rule and moved the batteries forward a bit. Cat was much more stable and running nice and flat. Was able to hit 57.5 during one run when I put the GPS in the boat. I am sure she can do around 60. Temps are all good at 100 or slightly below for the motor and the ESC caps.
How much of an advantage an m545 has (speedwise) compared to the m445 I'm currently running?

Just thought i would mention you gave the COG measurement from the transom. Cats or any boat for that matter that has a extension past the sponsons needs to be measured from the rear of sponsons not the extension.

The measurement was taken excluding the extension. Thanks for the tip

cool pics de-pro. was the top one a blow over, or did it manage to stay in the water? bottom one a hard launch with torque roll? my daytona does that if i don't ease into it. if you are consistently hitting 57 with the m445, i think the m545 would get you over the 60 mark since it has 7% more pitch, but i can't speak from experience.
Disclaimer: I hereby accept the potential loss of motor, ESC, entire boat, or credit rating, and forfeit all expectations of success.

Not quite remember if I managed to keep it right side up in the water..lol. Ran 4 sets of batteries that day and only had to retreive the boat once. Much more improvement being the second time I run it.
They sure give you a torque roll and hard launch if you dont watch the trigger finger. Most likely I will run it more often with the m445 prop but I do want to see it hit 60+ so I will try it out with the 545 next time around.
                  Thanks for the feed back.
