Last night i programmed my SeaKing 180 ESC with the card, very simple! So tonight i decided to power up the whole system for the first time, (radio, ESC, servo, motor), and after going thru the "throttle calibration", i got power to the motor, but it was in the wrong direction. So i changed 2 of the wires from the motor to ESC to change the motor rotation, now i have no throttle at all (servo still works fine). I went back thru the throttle calibration again, still getting no power, just "beeps" from the ESC. I've been monkeying with if for an hour now, can't seem to figure it out? I have even put the wires back the way they were and can't get the motor to spin. What am i missing here? The boat (FighterCat Daytona) is about ready to run, just a few small details to take care of like zip tieing and cleaning up the wireing. Just to clarify, as said SK 180 ESC, Leopard 4074 1800kv motor, Tactic 2.4g radio, and two Turnigy 2S 5000mah lipos in series. Thanks!

did you happen to switch the 2 motor wires when the unit was still powered up by chance?
If you did, you might have damaged the ESC in doing so. (happened to me once.) :-(
If you switched them with power OFF, then I would suggest going through throttle calibration again, then the programming once more and
take your time. (make sure your lipo's are charged up as well, just in case)
let us know. -

I got it figured out, it was the throttle trim and the reverse switch on the transmitter that was the problem. Re calibrated everything and now it turns the right direction too!Comment
