34" Vyper build tips ?

I bought an exceed vyper on E-bay, RTR. A real water dog. I got rid of the motor and esc. I have a Turnigy 4074 and a Seaking 120 to put in. I would like it to perform on par with my KOS P1 and my MC I just recieved from OSE. Everything 4S, 2S in series. Anyone done this boat before or one similar? All tips or tricks welcomed.

I have be with a 3664-2770kv, 120a esc and with just 4s the boat get out of control. My motor is too much power for this boat; your is going to be insane... Please let me know if you complete your project.

What is the Kv of the motor you have? That will determine if it is suitable and what prop to run.
