    What's the best solder to use on brass tubing trying to make drive shaft bearings

      I use Multi-Core silver solder on everything. Never let me down.

          I use spools of .034" 60Sn/40Pb rosin core. It's super easy to work with and as strong as silver solder gets. ALPHAMETALS INC. AM-11643. JIM
