Solinger Rudder

I got the Solinger hardware set for hydros, but somehow the water out put tube from the rudder got broken off. Hatch tape holds it on OK, but if possible I'd like to replace the rudder. How could I permanently fix this, or get a new rudder without the whole hardware set?

Drill the hole out if you can and glue a new piece of brass tubing in..

Heath: I probably could drill it out. If Steven doesn't have a better idea I might do that.
