i didn't want to hi-jack SJFE thread on "Excellent Read" where it got down to CNC props. so i'll start this one and if you are using any of these CNC props, we all can learn from the application being used in.
The first production run is made from 7075-T6. The strength is equal to a standard cast BeCu alloy prop.
"The steel props will follow after we have had some good testing time with the
aluminum. The 7075-T6 Alloy is almost 3 times stronger than normal cast aluminum props so they will hold up for most applications."
5083 3 blade Dia. = 50mm Pitch=83mm.
The 47mm (dia.) x 73mm (pitch) prop. The pitch is 2.9" which is slightly bigger then an x447 and an x646.
The 4569/3 Dia.=45mm Pitch=69mm T.E. is at 3.4"
The 3857 4 blade. Yep, 4 blades! Dia. is 38mm and average pitch is 2.25" with the T.E. at 2.6" With four blades this prop will hook up well without needing excessive power robbing cup. This prop should work well on sport hydros, vees and Cats too.
A 3657 4 blade and a 3861 4 blade.
3874 4 blade. With a 1.9 pitch/dia.ratio and 15 degrees of rake it may have some interesting results for a .21 rigger. The pitch is about like a 1450 with 3.2" cup. The diameter is small but with 4 blades
a 3457 4 blade. I designed it for the .15/.18 RTR hydro. This one has a 3/16" bore.
here are pictures. Keep In Mind they are offered in L&R.
